Blood Prod­ucts and IVD De­vices

The Paul-Ehrlich-Institut is a WHO Collaborating Centre for Quality Assurance of Blood Products and in vitro Diagnostic Devices.

Its functions include supporting the WHO in organizing workshops and meetings covering blood products and in vitro diagnostic devices (IVDs), organizing and performing laboratory studies and standardizations, and preparing guidelines and recommendations.
