Participation Fee

• Registration by 15 May 2026: 730 €
• Registration on or after 16 May 2026: 780 €

Participation fee includes welcome reception, lunch and social event.

Please note: 

• Only a limited number of spots are available. 
• Registration is only possible online and must be completed by 5 September 2026.

Registration and Participation Terms and Conditions

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending a message to the conference secretariat (PEI-Seminar@pei.de).
• A 100% refund will be granted if the cancellation request is received by 31 July 2026.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after 1 August 2026.
• If the Congress is cancelled by IPES, registrants will receive a full refund (100%) of the participation fee.
• Refunds will be credited only to the person/entity who/which paid the original registration fee.
• Refunds will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
• IPES reserves the right to modify the programme. No refunds will be granted if the programme changes (including change of speakers).
• In the event that the Congress cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of IPES organizers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the IPES organizers, IPES organizers cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs or financial losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs etc.
• IPES will collect and store all personal data exclusively for the preparation and execution of the Congress and not use the personal data for any other purposes. In the course of preparing for and executing the Congress, we may share contact details of attendees with third parties (e.g. hotel, technical support) that may use these details to contact attendees regarding activities at the Congress. Therefore, data may be passed on to third parties unless otherwise explicitly indicated by the attendee.
• The attendees hereby declare their consent to the creation of image, film and audio recordings during and related to the Congress and that this material can be shared and published within public reporting about the event and used on social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc).
• For doctors in Germany: An application for recognition as a continuing medical education event has been submitted.
• These General Terms and Conditions are binding upon registration.
