Application Phase Has Begun for the Construction Disciplines for the New Paul-Ehrlich-Institut Building

First came the successful completion of the architectural competition for the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut's new building in Langen at the beginning of November 2023, followed by the contract awarding procedures for the planning partners in February 2025. The integrated project management (IPM) team will now be supplemented by four additional multi-party agreement partners in the construction disciplines: extended shell construction; extended facility fitout; heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary facilities with measurement, control, and regulation technology; and electrical and information technology facilities. The State Office for Construction and Real Estate in Hesse (Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen, LBIH) is now calling for tenders for these construction disciplines for the new building. Firms can apply in German via the state of Hesse's tendering platform through 21 October 2025.
