"We Can All Help Make Medicines Safer" – the Tenth Anniversary of the International #MedSafetyWeek Campaign

#MedSafetyWeek will take place for the tenth time from 3 to 9 November 2025. This year's theme is "We can all help make medicines safer" and focuses on the ways in which everyone can jointly contribute to improving medicinal product safety by actively reporting suspected side effects. The Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut (PEI), the Federal Institute for Vaccines and Biomedicines, are participating in the campaign again this year and are looking to spread the message widely.
