Contact Point for those Affected
The Paul-Ehrlich-Institut (PEI) offers a contact point for persons affected by a clinical trial, their legal representative or one of their authorized representatives in accordance with § 40 (5) AMG.
Please note that the PEI is responsible for serums, vaccines, blood preparations, bone marrow preparations, allergens, gene transfer drugs, somatic cell therapeutics, xenogenic cell therapeutics and genetically engineered blood components in accordance with Section 77 (2) of the Medicines Act.
All other medicines are the responsibility of the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) in Bonn.
