Deliveries and Receiving of Goods

• Monday to Thursday: 7 am to 12 am and 1 pm to 4 pm
• Friday: 7 am to 12 am and 1 pm to 2.30 pm (no acceptance of chilled goods!)

Confidential deliveries to individuals cannot be accepted, as it is not possible to verify the recipient’s identity for personal deliveries.

Acceptance of E-Invoices

The Paul-Ehrlich-Institut (PEI) accepts E-Invoices via the central invoice receipt platform of the Federal Government (URL: https://xrechnung.bund.de). As of 19 September 2025, at 9:00 am, the platform will be migrated from https://xrechnung.bund.de to https://xrechnung-bdr.de/portal/auth/login. Further information on the platform migration can be found at https://www.e-rechnung-bund.de/plattformkonsolidierung/. The Paul-Ehrlich-Institut's “Leitweg-ID” will remain the same.

To use the platform, please register. As the biller, you can select the preferred transfer channels and store them in the system.

Tenders

The Paul-Ehrlich-Institut publishes information on tenders for supplies and services (in exceptional cases, including construction work) on the federal e-procurement platform.
